My value is the range between altitudes. I lead engineering teams, set platform direction, manage vendors and brief business and editorial stakeholders — and I stay close enough to the code to review a GraphQL contract, profile a slow query, or decide between SSR and ISR based on what the CPU is actually doing during a spike. I don't hand the hard parts to someone else.
That range was earned across media, aviation, banking, logistics, insurance, identity, IoT and founder-led products. I've delivered operational systems for Changi Airport, banking experiences on Thailand's national e-wallet, identity and biometric modernization at IRIS, and warehouse-system performance work at Kerry Logistics — then took ownership of a national news platform operating at millions of users.
The throughline isn't a single stack; it's a way of working. I walk into systems under pressure, find the technical cause behind a business symptom, and fix it without taking the business offline. I'd rather delete a service than add one, profile than guess, and ship the dependable system over the clever one — because the dependable one is still standing when the story breaks.
